S.O.......... - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Persons With Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 (1 of 1996), the Central Government hereby appoints the 7th day of February, 1996 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall some into force.
